Data Deletion Policy

DINKY SAS (“Dinky”) provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page serves as the official Data Deletion Instructions URL required by Meta and other platform providers.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Dinky account and personal data, send an email to privacy@dinky.cc with the subject “Request for Account Deletion”. Please include:
- your account email address;
- your full name;
- any additional information necessary to identify your account.
What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving a valid request, Dinky will:
- verify your identity;
- review the request;
- delete or anonymize personal data where legally permitted;
- confirm completion of the deletion process.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by:
- applicable law;
- tax obligations;
- fraud prevention requirements;
- payment compliance requirements;
- legal dispute resolution;
- security obligations.
Examples may include transaction records, accounting records, fraud prevention logs, and regulatory compliance information.
Social Platform Data
If you connected social accounts through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or Google, you may also revoke Dinky’s access directly through the settings of those platforms.
Deletion Timeline
Dinky will make reasonable efforts to process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Complex requests may require additional time where permitted by law.
